Karoliina Mustkivi

Karoliina joined Audiitorteenuse OÜ in the spring of 2024 as an intern, and today she has officially become an assistant to a sworn auditor. Her main responsibilities include supporting sworn auditors at all stages of the audit process.

Her interest in the financial world emerged early on. After graduating high school, she enrolled at Tallinn University of Technology to study business finance. Her passion for financial reporting led her to pursue her first professional role in the field of auditing, where she values the challenge of uncovering real-world insights behind the numbers.

Karoliina’s work style is characterized by precision and conscientiousness. She approaches each task systematically and effectively, always completing her work on time and with dedication. She also values teamwork and thrives in a supportive and friendly team environment.

Previously, Karoliina worked as a chef. The strategic thinking and attention to detail she developed in that role are highly transferable to auditing, where thoroughness and efficiency are daily requirements.

In her free time, Karoliina enjoys spending time in the kitchen, creating culinary delights that bring joy to her loved ones. She also makes time for daily exercise, which helps her maintain energy and keep a fresh mind. To broaden her horizons, she enjoys traveling and exploring the world. One of her most memorable experiences was an Erasmus semester in Athens, which was a significant learning experience and greatly contributed to her personal growth.
