Kersti Soodla

Kersti is the director of Audiitorteenuse OÜ, and an authorised auditor. For her keeping the satisfaction level high among both employees and clients is her most important professional task in the company.

While looking after the welfare of Audiitorteenuse OÜ, Kersti deeply cares about keeping the quality of auditing in Estonia on a high professional level. She helps to ensure that by working at the methodology commission operating at the Estonian Board of Auditors and participating in the work of the European Federation of Accountants as the representative of Estonia.

Kersti has outstanding knowledge, skills and experience in conducting audits and rendering other audit services. She has shared her knowledge at many audit-related training courses, being an excellent teacher and great support.

Kersti always takes other people into consideration, she likes to help and be of assistance. Kersti enjoys her work and everyday activities; her laughter is contagious. And when Kersti is not busy at work, she likes to spend time with her family, to travel, play tennis and hike in the mountains.

Professional experience
Kersti is an authorised auditor since 1996. She has versatile experience in auditing, providing advisory services and training of Estonian and international companies. Kersti has been an auditor for clients of most different areas, for example Konecranes, TKM Beauty Eesti, TKM Kinnisvara, Semetron, Rocca al Mare Kool, Kinema, Kitman-Thulema, Altius Capital, KE Infra, Küttemaailm, Vintselle, Astro Vara, Advokaadibüroo Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co.

Kersti has been a member of the methodology commission of the Estonian Board of Auditors in 2007-2019 and she was the representative of Estonia in the European Federation of Accountants in 2013-2017.
